Empowering indigenous teachers with backyard enterprises, so they can better start schools and impact their communities.

The Challenge

How do Asian teachers support themselves in areas where there are very few, if any, Christians?

When the financial support of a community is not enough, they need additional ways to make a living. One of the most sustainable ways for teachers to reach areas with few Christians is to have another job or business to support their families and ministry.

This practice is called bi-vocationalism. The Apostle Paul himself was bi-vocational, making tents to finance himself and his ministry. We believe this is the most practical and sustainable method to finance reaching unreached groups with the gospel.

The Quail Solution

Raising quail is an ideal starting business model for gospel entrepreneurs. Requiring minimal space, quail quickly grow to maturity for meat or egg laying within 6-8 weeks. Laying almost one egg per day, quail are prolific producers. With the help of a small incubator, quail farmers can expand their operation inexpensively and quickly.

Besides being a highly flexible model, teachers' families can also participate in the business operations and help it grow over time.

Your gift will help a teacher start his or her own quail farm.
