From a human perspective, the year 2020 might not be the best time to be starting a new mission organization. But that’s from a human perspective. No doubt, this year has proven to have its unparalleled challenges. This is God’s work and we will look to Him for His provision.

To launch our organization we have had some generous like-minded investors financially support our founding. During this year it has been our intention to spread the vision of Katalyst and grow the team. That’s hard to do during a pandemic! Initially, like half the globe’s population, we transitioned to doing ZOOM ministry presentations. But we soon realized that video conferences aren’t the best platforms for “first impressions.” It seems that video conferences are effective for maintaining existing relationships and exchanging ideas and facts. But for our purposes, we have decided to suspend our personal meetings for the time being with the hope that we can meet with prospective team members again in the near future. For the next few months we will apply ourselves to the development of some organizational essentials like our website, brochure, etc.
